International experience, some extremely cool projects, their technical people are best in class.
Cons
Founders don't always agree, constant management changes. Still very much a consulting based company.

Pros
I have never seen a more talented group. One day we are discussing or proposing ideas... the next... someone has taken the initiative and built a working prototype! This company take imagination to reality at warp speed! The company does a great job at creating a fair and impartial environment.
Cons
Be careful of what you ask for... it could end up on your desk! As a company and culture if your not careful you could end up with more on your plate than you can handle or give someone more than they are capable. Everyone is ther to make sure you succeed from the top down.
