      - Best intentions to do the right thing. - Adaptive to new technology. - 'Open book' company. - Good Salary

      Cons

      - Owners were not in touch with their staff. - Quick to churn employees if they 'dont cut it'. - Poor attitude to clients. - Yelling and fighting in front of employees.

      Small business punching above it's weight. Filled with people that have each others back and striving to make a mark on the industry. Great rewards, bonuses, and open book management. Focus on training & development.

      It is a smaller business so there's not always a tonne of people resources to draw from.
