Pros

Very nice people (couple of exceptions) Good fun / laid back / they have activities which are fun while your working Got me in to a career and that i am always thankful for

Cons

They pay you peanuts (seriously after you finish you apprenticeship salary / com is the worst and most other agencies laugh at how bad it is) They will treat a couple of people like royalty No learning and development They lie / manipulate to their staff
