As a well wisher of this small organization I am writing this and this is the organization which is a ‘Hire and Fire company” does not matter how good are you in your performance. If you are not a blue eyed boy/girl for leadership team and if you differ from their opinion, you will be fired. This organization is being lead by “Managerial types” – (not leaders) with Ego centric and no collaboration between them. The victims are employees. Only nepotism work here. There is no collective effort from the team to make this organization as a better one. You will experience THE unprofessional treatments from the managerial team. They feel very good in terms of taking money from employees in the term of “short fall” if employees are not at the workstation for 8:30hours. (means your time spent in the rest room and tea break will be deducted from the actual worked hours)
