Pros

Good group of co workers at the lower levels. Pay is decent with plenty of opportunity for overtime. New fleet when I was employed

Cons

Upper management in Sydney were hard to work with. High turn over of QLD project managers. Often created frustration amongst workers.

Pros

Best reason to work here is the 2 week shutdown in July and week off (all unpaid) in December

Cons

Cons - 2 week shutdown in July and week off in December are unpaid unless you are salary and have previously negotiated for 3 weeks vacation Upper managements head is completely buried in the sand. Delivery performance is horrible leaving customers dissatisfied and angry. Sales department is a mess and the person who runs that department is very dishonest and cannot effectively run a team.

Pros

Average pay for my position, with decent coworkers. Good number of holidays and a summer and winter shutdown. (Not completely paid for) Lots and lots of overtime

Cons

Management lies about raises; Multiple persons were promised raises. When asking management about these, they were called "Liars" as was myself. Management generally has no idea how to run things, and the Operations Manager is constantly over loaded with work. The job often requires you to stay late, and they do not understand if you have personal responsibilities. The shutdowns essentially forces you to use your vacation time, otherwise you will lose hours. For the first five years, you have only 1 sick/personal day (They are the same thing, in this company) For the first five years you have 5 days vacation. This would be a pro if you were not forced to use it during shutdown, if you need a paycheck.
