Pros

Strong core group of employees (but there are more and more defections). Good HQ location, unique technology that has a place in the transportation industry. Good chemistry between field and HQ teams below exec management level. Still has upside to grab more market share.

Cons

Management has not changed. No real sense shared of the end game or exit strategy. Management not always as customer oriented as they might profess. Customer ideas/feedback too slowly developed into commercial offerings. Sensys is too engineering oriented company; not as marketing driven as it should be.

Pros

The product is technically sound and performs as expected. The people are kind and foster a positive work environment. Benefits are fair for a small company, providing good overall value.

Cons

The company has a very poor reputation with the many state Department of Transportation due to product failures at launch, making it very difficult to rebuild trust, regardless of current technical improvements. There is no established working relationship with distributors, which limits opportunities for expanding sales efforts. Marketing efforts are minimal, which hinders visibility and brand growth. After being acquired by TAG Masters in 2019, Sensys Networks has faced increasing pressure from its parent company due to current underperformance, with TAG Masters starting to dictate operations. The company struggles with generating leads for new business, limiting growth potential.
