At SentiSum the experience you gain is not just restricted to your designation. One can pitch in ideas for any team, which will not just be heard but also analysed and tested on. Best transparency. Everyone gets to be a part of major decisions made. A team which gives and takes feedbacks with utmost grace. A place where your space, time and growth is respected. Very good practises on timings, time offs and mental health.
Cons
As any startup, the pace is high. So keeping up on top of all the things could be a challenge but that’s the most exhilarating part too !

SentiSum is a great place to work if you are looking for company that values culture. Effective team with good values. Start up is where you can learn. You're held accountable for what you contribute and produce. Lots of opportunities to explore. Treated very well. Flexibility when needed.
Cons
Cons are Pros if you are a person who accepts challenges and take responsibilities with open arms. Not a place to work at if an individual is not self learner.
