Pros
Company is going through a stage of maturity and change. There is a lot of opportunity to contributing to this journey. Leadership team change has been very positive. The new office is a great environment and the new culture is cultivating collaboration across the organisation and holding people accountable. Everyone is very supportive and always willing to help out.
Cons
Like any organisational change it takes time. Departments are short staff which puts pressure on those areas as the recruitment process takes time. Staff are leaving due to better opportunities externally.
