People looking to build cancer drugs or make new vaccines. I find this very inspiring * If you get seriously ill, the company will look after you * Good work life balance
Cons
* Total ego death. You will feel really stupid every day as people explain to you why you are wrong. * Product has a large sprawl and this increases the surface area of things that can go wrong * Company is a series B scale up with all the fun and frolics associated with a company at this stage.
