There is no culture and no management. You will get abused everyday by managers for no reason if you stop being a yes-man to them.
Managers always question FSE's work/project, micromanage and remotely surveil people, even though some manager has zero knowledge perspective. They tell FSEs how to do and what to do leading FSEs to the wrong direction and blame them for doing it when things go sideway.
Double standard to people know how to flatter and people who brings the problem up to the table
People work overtime and not get paid, they are crying to left the job.
