Pros
Only pro was my direct supervisor was the only person invested into my career development. Others are not as lucky within the company.
Cons
No bonus structure, temp agency agents make more hourly pay rate compared to salaried employees hired through the company, HR does not care about employees, bed bug outbreaks frequently, work more than 40 hours and the company does not pay overtime, extreme unprofessionalism throughout employees and management, no training for any management - they pick agents to do management work with no actual training process
