Worked with some amazing people who have now left the company

Cons

Management very snobby, unfriendly and unapproachable. Not enough race diversity in head office and if you are non-white they make you feel that way. Not a nice environment.

- The clothing seems really well designed - Good office location - Nice team, overall

Cons

- The least collaborative place I've ever worked at. The leadership team will just redo all of the work produced by the creative team, which is obviously unbelievably frustrating - Priorities and workload changes hourly which was really tiring/impossible to manage - There was a lot of friction between the senior leaders at times, which was uncomfortable

- Lack of direction, the team is told to change on a dime every single week. - Worst management I've ever experienced from the people at the top, some people frankly shouldn't be where they are. - Regardless of what you're role is within Seraphine there's universal appreciation that what you're sold in your interview and the reality are miles apart - A number of people have had mental health issues
