Pros

Workplace culture isn't too bad, Each of the members will always be helpful and considerate.

Cons

You can get easily taken advantaged of in a Hire-At-Will State like any other company. The Company (Serazen LLC) advertises its Human Resources and hotline to be operational. Instead, they'll always ignore calls or attempts to communicate at any time throughout the day. Company enables forms of nepotism, intimidation and retaliation for anyone standing up for themselves. You actually don't get reasonable accommodation if you're disabled or were victim of legal incident via commute.

Pros

Director of Operations is top notch, the rest of the admin team is few and far between. Vulgar, Tasteless, culture here is bad. Very high turn over mgmt is struggling.

Cons

They will put anyone in a store, they bring managers in that have worked for other companies and just shove them in stores. There is a store by mine it’s had 5 managers in under a year.

Pros

None, working here has been awful.

Cons

This company doesn’t care about its people. Period. I’ve been working for a franchised Papa John’s owned by Serazen/BLD brands for 7 years as an insider, manager, and driver. It’s been nothing but chaos and headache. This company hires drug addicts, the mentally handicapped, fraudsters and thieves. Stores are dirty and understaffed because nobody wants to work for them. Everybody is severely underpaid and upper management doesn’t care about providing the tools you need to succeed. Promotions are handed to inexperienced employees who eventually struggle and flail out then quit out of frustration. Benefits are scarce, they will only give you what they must legally. Just state mandated PTO and a chance to purchase overpriced health insurance which switches providers from year to year. The company also engages in shady business practices like stealing tips from employees and altering overtime hours to cut back on labor (several class action lawsuits have been settled over this type of behavior, look it up). Doug Pak, Darcie Mangus, and everyone at Serazen will burn in Hell for being a bunch of greedy corporate cronies and they are well aware of it. Say your prayers and ask for forgiveness, because at this point only God can save you.
