      Pros

      Pros are few and far between. Get same paid holidays as state employees.

      Cons

      Deficient in training new and old employees alike. Lots of favoritism and clicks with employees and leadership. More concerned about a google review than the clients.

      Cronyism. Favoritism. Mgt had Blind loyalty to employees who were suck ups.
