      - Clearly a lot of time and effort spent to make people feel welcome and included - Very good WFH policy - Really good to spend 10% of staff time on PDP - Plenty of time to spend on outputting quality of work i.e. not rushed - Modern tech stack that you are allowed to play about with

      - Very fer cons. - Maybe could be clearer on what is required for career progression at the company - Pay rate not as high as some other places

      - Great company culture with a positive and welcoming team. - Modern tech stack - Focus on quality of work and open to ways to improve - Emphasis on developing staff progression - Flexible working with the option of a modern Glasgow office

      Pros

      Serial Affinity is one of those companies that is different. They care about their people, and like to do things properly - a true breath of fresh air. You get to produce software that follows great standards, using the latest tech and tools available as well as working with a very friendly team.

      No cons, its a great company to work for.
