Pros

Management is direct but clear and consistent. Success is rewarded and praised, failure is used as a “how to succeed next time” This is a difficult job, but the company is a great one to work at. I am very happy as a remote employee and when I visit the workplace.

Cons

The team is smaller, everyone has to hold their own workload and support each other.

The people at Serigraph are very nice. Most people are very helpful and easy to get along with.

Cons

I worked at the company for a shorter period of time. What I learned from people working there is the company used to appreciate it's employees a lot more. They will claim to pay you what you are worth, but they are not able or willing to compensate you adequately.
