Unnecessary and loud political views of MAGA from the founder Never seen so many people fired after no disciplinary/ review process Founders became very distant, no warmth for staff Online depiction of culture was fabricated and untrue to reality

Great team and working environment, amazing office in the centre of Manchester. Get to experience working on global clients, across a wide breadth of verticals. Lots of opportunity for progression within the role. Combination of both Paid Media and Creative allows for a streamlined and cohesive way of working which you don't get at other agencies. Owners are driven, inspiring, live the company values, and always looking for ways to engage the team and push every member of staff forward to better themselves inside or outside of work.

Cons

Slightly more weighting towards lead gen activity for the paid media team.

I have been working here for over 3 years and have felt recognised for everything I have done. Additionally, there is a great vibe, especially on Fridays!
