Pros

Some great people work for Serraview, and they make the place in the most part great. They offer good benefits for their size and for the most part have a good vibe.

Cons

The owners are complete idiots that wouldn't know how to run a business if it bit them in the butt. The messaging out of the CEO is a joke, he is nonsensical and shows inability to lead. I feel sorry for any decent person in Senior Management having to work with that lot. The company fundamentals are great, but they lack vision and the ability to do what they need to make it super great.

The CEO is an utter imbecile that makes the Trump children look smart, this is not a joke. His "leadership" is a debacle as he can't even lead a horse to water, again this is not a joke. Then have fickle Yes women and men in upper management that enable his toxic behaviour to slowly poison the people trying to build a great company.
