      Supportive Tech Ops team, helpful colleagues, reasonable direct manager, and acceptable day-to-day technical work for programmers.

      Cons

      Salary delayed up to ~2 months, KWSP/LHDN deducted in payslip but not remitted, affects all staff (exec to manager), repeated for years, no clear communication, serious trust issues at CEO/owner/investor level.

      - EPF has not been paid for 6 months eventhough they deduct from our salary - CEO/HR did not communicate openly to staff on salary delay and epf issues
