      working relationships with colleagues - your a part of a family not a work culture

      CEO - Indu Navar- didnt know what she spoke half of the time COO - Robert Gunn - didnt know anything about the business and kept making spurious presentations to the board ...even though the ground reality was quite different CTO - Geoff Annesley - wanted to be king ... and so a lot of infighting with the COO
