Pros

The pay is decent and plenty over time

Cons

Managers lie, training is Non existent, 1/3 of the active employees are on meth or coke, equipment is severely damaged, the owners are only interested in making a profit, furnaces are broke down in decrepit. Air quality is toxic with a mix of silicon, lead, lime, asbestos and carbon monoxide. Building is poorly ventilated, summer Temperatures inside the building could reach 300°F + upper management has "Favourites" that get special treatment.
