Very poor training with no room for promotions or growth. Management picks favorites and gives them more options. Pay is not sufficient for the amount of work and knowledge you are expected to do and have. Only 3% raises per year. Management lies about promotions and raises and treats employees poorly while refusing to fire bad ones
