      I don't recommend working their.

      Cons

      Leadership is terrible. Plant manger and Lead like to gossip about all employees. You don't get vacation until a year of service. Sick pay is accrued, although it takes forever to accumulate.

      Great training solid team atmosphere pay commission structure is very competitive.

      The drive from Austin to San Antonio can be problematic. Luckily I only have to go two or three times a month
