Cons
The most ridiculous attendance policy known to man. Even with requested, approved in advance days off, they still expect a note from a doctor. No flexibility or empathy. No work/life balance. Was told position was hybrid and my schedule 7-4. I was forced to work 9-6 5 days in the office. They pretend to be a happy functional family but if you look closely you will see the bruises and abuse. The toxicity is deep in this place.
