Pros

We had process for every department; which laid out clear paths to project implementation, and roles were not confused. The opportunity to grow and contribute was always present. Some of the deepest talent in energy efficiency worked here.

Cons

It was acquired by a company that knew nothing about running a successful energy efficiency contorting firm. Lots of talent left due to the new poor management that came in.

Pros

Great, close-nit atmosphere. Great staff. Environmental and energy savings is a good industry to be in to build a business purpose and something to rally around.

Cons

Company bought by a software company that does not have Servidyne's core products as a focus. Also part of a start up company which can be a pro or con.

Pros

Most of the people at the company are great and people I count as my friends. The company is small enough that it can be like a family in tough times.

Cons

Employees who kiss ass are rewarded while those who do the real work are not. Management knows this is the case, but continues on anyway.
