Pros

I had a chance to work with amazing and interesting people. Easiness and flexibility in holidays and sick leaves management. Easiness of management and ok conditions when travelling for work. They send you nice gourmet food for Christmas.

Cons

No bonuses, no career path, no courses proposed. In general, the lease you ask them the better for them. Pay rise negotiating is difficult, and depends a bit on your luck and relation with your manager (who works for your client). The 'significance' and relation of your manager with Serviguide´s management strongly influences your success in pay rise or other benefits. It took me a year to beg the company for French course and another year for Agile methodology course. The company searches for the cheapest and the most basic courses for you. Most of my colleagues who have left the company in the last few yers, never received any contra offer that would convince them to stay. Company prefers to let go easily of their talents who ask for better conditions and hire new people for less money.
