Great experience overall with excellent opportunities to learn and grow. Supportive and talented previous management—truly understood team dynamics and valued employee input. Positive work environment and fair compensation structure.
Cons
The transition to new management led to a noticeable decline in leadership quality and communication. Contracts were abruptly canceled without notice or backup plans, especially affecting branch operations. Sudden decisions created uncertainty and disappointment for long-standing employees.
