      Half decent wage and commission

      There's no where near enough room to write all the Cons. I found this company one of the most backward facing companies I have ever witnessed. If you imagine the culture of a stereotypical 1950's office environment, along with ill treatment towards women, staff, employees practically everything and mix it up with flaunting of ethics, you'll be close. Management hold consideration for management only. Mountains will be moved to cover and conceal rather than do the right thing and if you earn money for them, you'll receive free reign to do whatever you see fit. Bullies of the biggest order and although I have commented to say the pay is half decent... it comes no where near to being worthwhile considering life within the company.

      Quick interview process. That is the only pro. No other pros whatsoever

      Cons

      Everything else is a con, if you are instantly disliked this can be just because you may be quiet or don't dress like you're going to a nightclub to work then they will do everything to push you out of the company. Management are so biased and are 100% backed my HR and the CEO. Therefore if you have any issues there is no point going to management. Also if you are a newcomer and one of the management doesn't like you, you can say goodbye to being trained properly. Also management will treat you like you a peasant and will talk down to you anyhow and try to humiliate or have hissy fits if things don't go their way. One of the team leaders said ' they will step on anyone/back stab anyone to remain at the top' and take instances with mental health as 'an excuse' when you've plucked up the courage to ask for help with it. The education sector is DISGUSTING to work for.
