Messy and dirty workspace, Controllers and managers unpresentable, no manners, genuinely bothered by all, company has a big turn over in staff\ hiring &firing..

Convenient location Because of the service we provide its an oportunity to network with individuals from other companies...for future jobs! Free coffees in office

Cons

Arrogant owner is a shameless individual - rude and unprofessional.bottom line, all the time...zero empathy Most employees lack energy and motivation Offices are dirty No one wants to be there and you are reminded of that everyday you walk in... Lots of incomplete transacations make for questioning

It saddens me to know that it has not worked out for you and that your experience has not been as rewarding as you would have liked. As you are surely aware, our company is rapidly growing with an increase in sales by 40% and 25 open positions in the last year; it can be difficult for some people to adjust to the rapid changes. This forces us at times, to make difficult decisions. Moreover, as with most organizations, we are working very hard in improving our internal communications and continue to work in creating a thriving work environment. As for our facilities, we are aware that there is room for improvement and we are expanding our facilities by over 7,000 sq. feet by May 1st. We genuinely care about our clients our company, and most importantly our employees, whom, without them we would not be as successful. Thanks again for your feedback. Pros

Pay is ok for entry level Free coffee

Cons

Pretty much everything else 9 hour work day, with a 1 hour lunch. But you can never take 1 hour for lunch because you'll just end up staying longer. they are understaffed, they dont provide the tools or training, and straight up lie to employees about overtime, and benefits. Expect to work between 8-16 hours of overtime per week, but dont expect to get paid for it, they always have an excuse. The starting salary is ok, but it wont go up much from there, pretty much cost of living bumps. but when you factor in the hours that you work, its not worth it.
