Understaffed to the point of unsustainability. No work/Life balance is possible. This place is all stick and no carrot

Private Medical Insurance, close to the train station (although mostly few noted this, as everybody came to work using their cars)

Cons

It is based in the most discriminatory part of Britain, where for being treated with respect you need to have an Anglo Saxon surname, believe in the divine power of the Queen or being from a Commonwealth country. High Tech company that does not have any chance of survive with the actual management.
