Pros
Benefits cover 100% of ins with great options. Unlimited PTO and encouraged to use it Everyone genuinely cares about not only each other, but our shared mission. You can feel good about the mission since its basically the counter to Ransomware.
Cons
Its a small company. Certain positions (like HR, C suite or more manager positions) might not be available until the company grows further. Its a remote company, but based out of Greenville, SC. The pay is based on that location, so if you live in a more expensive area in the US, it my not scale well.

Pros
- Great people on all levels. - Infinite room to advance internally and grow professionally. - We're the good guys going against ransomware.
Cons
- The company is on the smaller side, so sometimes you have to wear multiple hats. This could be a 'Pro' though depending who you ask. - There is unlimited work. There aren't unrealistic expectations of completing it all, but the work is still there.
