      Pros

      Great co-workers, plus the brand and atmosphere is wonderful.

      Cons

      Poor management from above, which has led to the company losing a lot of jobs for talented people while the less talented ones continue to thrive.

      - great team and company values - amazing benefits -access to educational materials -relaxed environment

      Cons

      My biggest con is little to no room in growth. Senior leadership gets away with treating people like dirt. Goals are set, but still those goals won't guarantee for promotion. Also, if your a black/POC, you get toned-police instead of focusing on contributions
