      Food, lockers, they clean your uniform

      High-stress work environment with poor management support. Mistakes are often exposed publicly instead of being addressed professionally, creating a toxic atmosphere. Communication is unorganized, and staff concerns are frequently ignored. High turnover reflects the ongoing issues. The hotel looks luxurious on the outside, but the internal culture does not match the brand.

      Most managers micromanaged too much, made you feel like that job was the only thing that should matter in your life, they weren’t helpful except for 1 or 2 very rude morning manager at jaya

      None at all what so ever

      Worst job i have ever had. Upper management is cold and have been working years and years in the same position so they can basically do and act however they want. They do not care about their employees. The turnover is horrible and they do not consider your mental or wellbeing. This work place is mentally exausting and no one is friendly, depressing place. I felt like a prisoner working here so happy I left when I did.
