Flexible Reporting time, not too particular about clocking in

Long working hours, poor salary, manager messaging you late at night and expecting you to be available all the time. Also, whole company seems to be filled with S-Pass holders, if you don't work with their demands they will just hire more S-Pass. Not sure how they manage to legally meet the quota.
