Pros
Very little pros to this company. Do not be fooled by the other reviews. Those are from their life long employees. Biased. Ask hourly associates and former employees what the experience is really like
Cons
All of the reviews are from the clique that have deemed themselves the Sethi warriors. They've all worked for the company for years and will never leave. They ban together to bully other leaders and pretend they are the best of the best. Small company but you do not have a voice. You must agree, follow suit or you are not part of the gang. Current above property leadership in place will speak negatively about property leaders and line level staff, sometimes to in a racist way. Support is terrible. Human Resources ignores calls and emails, even when urgent. They do not actually care about their people

Close company, the owners and corporate team are very caring and close with hotel level managers.
Cons
Not a lot of corporate opportunities, we merged but we love Sethi
