completely different experiences depending where you are placed, salary paying job that demands overtime almost everyday, managers with foul mouths, extreme favoritism, unwillingness to explain how to use companies benefits, poor staffing, zero work-life balance, doesn't give supply everything needed to do the job.
It’s hard to get promoted or get raises unless you start kissing butt to higher management. During my time at setna io I have seen two useless receiving clerk who makes mistakes very often get promoted and get a raise just because they know how to kiss butt to the manager.
