I had a negative experience with the interview process at this company. The process involved several stages: an initial round with HR, followed by selection, an assignment submission, The assignment provided was designed for an experienced candidate. It took approximately 5 to 6 hours to complete and involved tasks such as creating forms, handling various HR-related responsibilities, and working on case studies. The scope and complexity of the assignment were extensive and time-consuming. and finally an interview with a co-founder. Despite completing all these steps, I was not contacted further. After reaching out to the company, I was informed that my profile did not match their requirements. If profile did not meet your expectations for the HR role, then the subsequent rounds of the interview process should not have been conducted.
