Pros

The "Only"- working hours is quite relaxed no fix logging in and out! 9 hour period can be swayed! A day off in the week could be taken on any day!

Cons

Only if you reach targets you'll get your so called "fixed pay " else there are deductions from the fixed pay as well! Any and every down side is converted to a deduction! Even if you work real hard all you can make is 25k! Which includes reaching 130% of the target! Working includes 6 days a week! No holidays even on a national holiday! Targets fixed by the "ceo" could generally be achieved by the top performers doing 60-70 calls on an average on a daily basis! The imaginary CEO expects a consistent sales irrespective of the demand and keeps increasing the targets based on the best sale days resulting in not reaching of the targets and hence deductions again! No facilities of any sort at all! You would even be asked to use your own hardware at times as there used to be shortages of the same at times! Working here would turn out to be more at loss than any sort of gain! Wheather it be a technical or a non technical profile generally no one who wants to excel stays here for more than 2 or 3 months! This includes only some of the downs rest would be revealed if you still want to give it a try!

Pros

It's the flexibility in working hours and chill manager

1)SCAM: AMCAT ad: 6LPA , during interview: 2.4LPA(fixed)+1.2LPA(variable)+incentives+performance-based bonus 2)Reality: Heavy deductions from fixed salary if targets are not met and they keep the targets high so that most of the people don't reach targets, deductions upto 7k possible from fixed salary. 3)Washroom problem: Single washroom for gents which at times becomes problematic as one has wait for long at times. 4)Manager's don't have a point of view about the employees working under them, seems like they(managers) are puppets. 5)Language Problem: Everybody speaks in their local language which makes the environment less professional. 6)Popular days like republic day are not holidays as well. 7)Incentive structure is made unnecessarily complex. 8)Salaries don't come on time 9)After working here, it feels like slavery still exists. 10)Nothing is structured over here.

Pros

They are torturing employees by delaying salaries for months. I resigned after 50 days and now they say I won’t get my full & final settlement. Many employees are still suffering without pay.
