      Great support by all administrative staff, great communication between higher up staff on what is expected

      Cons

      Rude BCBAs who are judgemental and who pick favorites rather than treating everyone equally. Lots of cliquey RBTs who talk bad about staff outside of their group

      BC(a)BA's listened to the RBT's working with their clients and allowed them to voice their opinion/observations about their clients' progress.

      Cons

      Sometimes cancellations would negatively affect number of weekly hours.

      It’s great place to start.

      Cons

      Mostly practice 1:1 therapy and not too much with group ABA. Practice old ABA such as timeout and corner a child.
