Pros
Good atmosphere, newer equipment, room for advancement. If you work hard you may be one of the many steersman to get trained. They have a lot of them and only a few actually being trained.
Cons
Not the great understanding family based company they claim to be. After having cancer and having to go off on FMLA to receive treatment they were very understanding until I was 3 weeks from release to full duty then they terminated me.
