      I have nothing to add here.

      Cons

      Did not respect employees. If someone left a minute earlier you would get in trouble but managers could come in whenever. The workers in the factory were also treated terribly.

      Great creative environment with lots of potential to grow. Really great facility with talented people.

      Cons

      Poorly managed, not structured processes, and often times unprofessional and inappropriate environment.
