      -Many knowledgeable colleagues to consult with -Variety of clients -A lot of accessible paid training -Many supportive connected layers for clients and open communication with these supports -Excellent experience building opportunity

      - Administrative documentation can be overwhelming - Large caseloads -You don’t get much say in the clients you receive -Work-life balance can be difficult when full time

      My immediate supervisors are skilled and helpful

      Cons

      Extremely poor, out of touch upper management who are attempting force clinicians to use AI in session. Unrealistic expectations for productivity while not allowing any time for writing notes or administrative tasks. Have slashed benefits like paying for outside trainings. Extremely poor pay.
