Pros

Wonderful work life balance... payed to do basically nothing! I basically never worked on any client work as there is non. Diversity and inclusion is basically limitless. Anyone can take on a role they are unqualified for. Management have no plan, no direction. Demanding staff at the office so they can pretend they are managers and managing something in the eyes of Seven Peak Software. Growth strategy geniuses! A leading product design agency should have clients queued up but basically there are non! Their solution for getting clients is cold calling!

Cons

Sevens Peaks has to stop carrying this useless company they invested in and being exploited upon by Morphosis that are incapable, incompetent and don't care about anything but themselves. Their 'solution' is basically to fire staff who they can't lead or manage to cover for their own useless selves and continue the exploitation as long as possible.

Toxicity Peaks

Pros

Lots of fooling around and fun if you consider not doing anything a positive. +1 to work life balance...

Cons

Toxic management, who use threats and aggression to get their way. Including raising their voices to a yelling level to try and intimidate. Always hiring because there's always good people leaving, while laziness resides.

Pros

- Free lunch - Not typical toxic EU nor USA culture , ( but well it's toxic another way)

Cons

- Bad Salary without bonuses or performance. - Random and uncontrolled Management quality , expect 3rd world standard management projects , low quality codes , none sense caste management. The manager here will divide their "Jobs" and "Responsibility" to team members. And they did nothing except doing TED-TALK on daily bassis. For example if you're Web Developer , expect to do everything including manage the project yourself. Some manager came from HR department , some with outdated dev skills. - Extremely Toxic working experience. Your life'll waste alot of time indirect-lecture Managers how things works , why and what decision. It'll take a week until they got "Educated" from you and eventually "Blame" it's your fault not them. Full of Dishonest Managers who wanna keep their salary and position and you're just a disposable tissue , all faults goes to you not them. - Dont expect justice nor transparency. Once you got it , keep in mind you just stepped into the bar / garage. They can twist realities as they wish , and nothing could help. - Hooligan styles Yelling , impolite speeches are common for some people. And no one could blame them.

Its very clear that your not happy about something and had a bad experience, but non of your comments resonate with Seven Peaks, and our company, which can be easily seen from all the other positive reviews on working environment etc. I hope you would flag your concerns to supervisor or HR and we are happy to see how we can resolve any frustration you might have, since most of this review do not match our company at all, and fairly unfair statements that is not accurate.
