Had worked here for over 2 years, and had to quit after being mentally stressed. - Everyone is overworked and underpaid. - They do not have any appreciation for the skills of people - It was frustrating many a times, when I get calls and pings after / before working hours (and it had become a habit) - They do not have a concept of medical leaves (and I was forced to take unpaid leave when I had an accident) - The manager (co Founder) runs the company as a school, and everyone is scared to listen to him. There is no option to mutually agree on a way to develop a thing. - There is no fun at work (office). - Toxic company culture created by the people who run the company - No diversity and inclusion. - The pay difference between employees is very high. - They do not have any ethics
