You can get away with doing very little work most days because they are so terribly managed and have no idea whats going on.
Cons
Leaders might know the beverage industry but have no business running a tech company. The product is super buggy and incredibly outdated look and functionality wise. Company has been built on hiring and promoting friends and family which has led to folks with increasingly senior titles who are completely unqualified. Additionally, if you aren't one of senior leadership's favorites, then expect to be treated in a very two-faced manner where you never know where you stand. In addition, everyone below leadership has historically been underpaid meanwhile HR tries to trick the employees into thinking they are well compensated in relation to other companies. Highly suggest staying away.
