Pros
Management: I do not know how, but Mr.Watson has done something real amazing here, Management from Top to Bottom is amazing. I always felt supported in every project, even when clients were not being the most cooperative. Management had my back and were willing to get their hands dirty to get the work done if necessary. Culture: All my co-worker were kind and understanding of personal life issues. Honestly, you can't ask for a better team. Everyone was willing to step in to help other even if they did not have to. Human Resource: Responsive and clear, if I had questions, I knew they had the answer or could point me to someone who did. IT Support: If I had an issue with an email logins, IT was also very quick to resolve the issue. Less than a day most time
Cons
Okay, this is not really a SSC problem, I think it a client problem/contract problem. I felt that a lot of the contractors skills were being underutilized. Again this is not a issue with SSC, this is mainly a problem the client side. Am not sure if this could be fixed.
