Pros
The coworkers are great, at least in the design team. Nice people in mid management, but they were stuck in the middle and pretty powerless. Fun parties ( if you care sbout that)
Cons
More focused on strategy than design ( not working cross functionally) Very hierarchical Leadership is not nurturing to employees. Dodgy HR practices, a lot of staff turnover from layoffs and quitting (even before corona)
