      you will get along well working here if you're a white man.

      Cons

      - upper management are horrible, live in the past is an understatement - HR is a joke - homophobia, terrible experience with people making complaints about gay people. - racism, constant horrendous jokes made at other people's expense - SO MUCH sexism, it is HORRIBLE to work here as a woman. Men treat you like nothing and get away with it. - ZERO training or development
