Eye Opening Experience

Pros

Good products however they are expensive and not affordable for the average person

Cons

Low wages, poor communication, dated technology. Little opportunity to advance. Doors are often heard slamming, sometimes shouting/ raised voices. CEO uses foul language towards staff & is disrespectful. Threatening emails are regularly sent out. This is a culture of BULLYING. Over all environment is tense and negitive. Very high staff turn over. Can't build and develop a team like this. 1 sick day per calander year for a health food company! Is this healthy? Great? Best to avoid

Pros

Makes a good product of cookies and bread and that's about it.

Cons

Did not last 6 months, he promises the world to you but doesn't deliver. In the 6 months I worked there I saw another two people leave and for a small employer this is discusting. The f bomb is used by the owner at will and doesn't allow communication between staff. If you're looking for long term employment you've found the wrong company.
