Pros

It's a couple of blocks from the beach.

Cons

- Disrespectful employees and management. - Unapologetic servers/employees, especially to customers. (We lost a regular patron, because we wronged him by demonizing him and not giving that person the proper attention that person deserved.) - Absent staff and management at the floor. On the restaurant side, the servers are nowhere to be found in the restaurant floor because they're hiding. Management behaves obliviously to their surroundings. Especially the female manager who just stands there looking and doing nothing when patrons at the restaurant need to be serviced. - Racially motivated employees. If the customers have lighter skin, they go and service them promptly, believing they will get bigger tips from them and expecting lower tips from people of color. Even the people of color who are employees are racially motivated to give first priority to those with lighter skin over those of people of color to get better ti - They try to promote a certain "desirable" demographic that happens to be of a lighter skin. Notice the promotional photos on social media.

Pros

Down the street to the beach.

Cons

Very discriminating. They give more attention to the "fair skinned" patrons. The darker the skin the less likely they are to give you attention in service. They think that those with lighter skin will most likely tip you more while those in darker colored skin will most likely tip you very less or won't tip you at all because they can't afford it. The managers are useless. They just stand around and do nothing. Patrons will wait for their refill of their drinks, but the managers see it and do nothing when standing around in the restaurant. Some waitresses and waiters are no where to be found in the floor, leaving me trying to accommodate everyone.
